We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent to help us host our well-travelled, elite guests. Every role at Antheia plays a part in creating the signature quiet luxury experience we are known for.
We hire across the following departments:
- Operations – Overseeing daily guest services and ensuring smooth resort functioning.
- Culinary – Creating memorable dining experiences with fresh, seasonal menus.
- Sales & Marketing – Driving growth, brand visibility and guest engagement.
- Finance & Administration – Managing budgets, compliance and smooth backend processes.
- Human Resources – Hiring, training and building a strong, committed team.
- Revenue Management – Optimising rates, occupancy and distribution channels.
- Guest Management – Ensuring every guest interaction is warm, seamless and personalised.
- Events & Experiences – Designing and delivering celebrations, offsites and curated activities.
- Maintenance & Landscaping – Maintaining property facilities, pools, gardens and green spaces.
- Security – Safeguarding the property, guests and team with 24×7 vigilance and emergency readiness.
- Freelancers & Agencies – Partnering with skilled professionals and agencies for specialised services such as marketing, photography, creative content, PR, event décor and more.
